The Social Finance Impact Incubator works in partnership with a group of foundations to create practical approaches to entrenched social issues.

Their working approach weaves together communities and different sectors, delivering lasting change for people at the local and national level.

Over the past five years, projects have included Drive, a response to high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse in Essex, South Wales and West Sussex; Black Thrive - a community partnership to reduce inequalities in mental health outcomes for black people in Lambeth and Reset - supporting communities to resettle and integrate refugees in the UK through Community Sponsorship.

Since 2017 Treebeard Trust has contributed core funding to the Impact Incubator, together with a group of foundations who, alongside Social Finance, form the Impact Incubator Steering Committee.
