Pathfinder provides specialist residential mental health care to people with severe and enduring mental health illness, co-morbid psychiatric disorders and physical health problems. The company operates a few residential sites, including its first larger residential home in north west London (Ashness House), providing assessment, treatment and support to stabilise a person's symptoms and help them gain or regain the skills and confidence to live independently in the community. Ashness House has high dependency and rehabilitation beds providing a holistic pathway of care.
