BelleVie uses the buurtzorg model of care to provide a compassionate homecare service to NHS and private patients. Buurtzorg was first trialled in the Netherlands in 2005 and has since scaled in the country; BelleVie is one of the first to implement it in the UK. Following the buurtzorg way, the business has a lean management structure and invests significantly in its communities of wellbeing workers across England.
